Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays: 8 weeks of class

Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays: 7 weeks of class

Single Child: $36.00

Family (2 or More Children): $56.00 

• ​​ All customers enrolling must pay above fee (September starts a new "year"), unless they were enrolled for either of the Fall 2025 sessions. 2024-2025 Membership Fees are no longer valid
• Anyone who registers later in the year (Spring 2026, Summer 2026) will have this fee prorated.
• Fees will not be prorated for not participating in future 2025-2026 sessions.
• Registration Fees are non-refundable and not eligible for any credit. 

PLEASE NOTE: Payment in the Parent Portal will be shut off through December 31st, and reactivated on January 1st!

Parent and Tot, Pre-School:

• Length per Class: 45 minutes
• Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays:  (8 weeks):
  • One Class per week: $186.00
  • Second Class/week*: + $167.40
  • Third+ Class/week*: + $148.80 
• Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays (7 weeks):
  • One Class per week: $163.00
  • Second Class/week*: + $146.70
  • Third+ Class/week*: + $130.40

Kindergym, Beginner, Intermediate, Tumbling, & Accelerated Pre-school/Kindergym: 

• Length per Class: 1 hour
• Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays (8 weeks):
  • One Class per week: $233.00
  • Second Class/week*: + $209.70
  • Third+ Class/week*:  + $186.40
• Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays (7 weeks):
  • One Class per week: $204.00
  • Second Class/week*: + $183.60
  • Third+ Class/week*:  + $163.20

Advanced Gymnastics:

• Length per Class: 1.5 hour
• Thursdays (8 weeks):
  • One Class per week: $295.00
• Tuesdays (7 weeks):
  • One Class per week: $258.00
  • Second Class/week*:  + $232.20

*Please Note: For Multi-Class Discounts, the lowest tuition price will have the highest discount (highest tuition price will be your "One class/week" price)

Registration Information

• First Come, First Served: A completed registration form and payment are required to reserve your child's spot.
• Age Restrictions: We are strict with our age groups. Please do not ask us if your child can move age groups to be with siblings or friends. 
• Kindergym (5-6 yrs) vs. 6-8 age groups: All Kindergarteners must stay in Kindergym until they finish Kindergym, even if they are six years old. To be in the 6-8 age group, your gymnast must be minimum six years old AND in first grade to third/fourth grade! We will NOT move them up early until the Summer.

Class Enrollment

• Minimum Enrollment: At least three children must enroll in each class. If not met, classes may be canceled or combined, and you will be notified of any changes.
• Changing Classes: To switch days/times, email us. Changes must be made on our end to avoid extra charges.

Trial Classes

• New Customers Only: Contact us for a trial class, prior to enrollment. 

Payment & Payment Policies

• Class Fees: Review payment policies page for complete policies before enrolling. Late registrations will be pro-rated from the registration date. Contact us for payment plans (including half payments).
• Payments can be made anytime in the Parent Portal.
• WINTER SESSION: All payment submission will be held until January 1st.
• If payment has not been submitted, we will process your payment within 1-2 business days of registration date (with the exception of Winter Session, pending date. see above.
• Please email us for any alternate payment days or payment plans.
• There are NO REFUNDS.

Evaluations

• Intermediate & Advanced Classes: Intermediate, Advanced, and Accelerated classes require an evaluation. New clients should contact us for an evaluation if you believe your child should be placed accordingly.
• Class Level Recommendations: All students are evaluated during every session. Students will receive an email from us when ready to move up to the next level. New students may be recommended for a lower level until evaluated and recommended for a higher one.
• Free Evaluations: Available in base-level classes (Pre-School, Kindergym, Beginner) via a trial lesson request, if space allows (for new customers only). May require further enrollment and payment for the class if further evaluation is needed.
• One-on-one full evaluations can be scheduled for a $20.00 fee. 

Other

• Virtual Classes: If classes must shut down due to health concerns, sessions will convert to virtual with no refunds.

Multi Class Discount (One student wants two or more classes a week): 10% off second class, 20% off third or more class (if registered after first week, percentage discount is taken AFTER prorate).

Sibling Discount: 5% off tuition for second child, 10% off tuition for three or more children.

Rutgers Employee/Student Discount: +5% off tuition with valid RU ID. When registering, please make a note that you are a Rutgers affiliate, and email a copy of your RU ID to scarletknightsgymnastics@gmail.com PRIOR to payment. This will have to be done annually. If RU ID is received after payment, discount cannot be applied.
