Payment Information

Payment Submission

Please make sure to select the correct class(es) is/are selected, and amount is correct before processing. 


*Reminder* No Refunds once payment is processed!

Any decline on card with incur a $10.00 fee FOR EACH DECLINE, charged by us (possibly at a later date.) If card declines, please DO NOT submit again until you check payment information is correct, or that funds are available!

Pay upon Registration in Parent Portal

New Customers:


Once you complete the form, you can log into the Parent Portal to pay on your own, or we will automatically process your payment within one-two business days. 

Returning Customers:

To edit your payment method: click the Billings & Payments Tab in the Parent Portal, then "Saved Payment Methods" to edit/add cards to your account (up to three can be stored.)

  • Make sure your desired card for payment is marked "Primary."

  • Delete/Edit any expired cards, or cards for closed accounts.

  • To Pay: In the dashboard, click "Pay Now" under your balance, and follow prompts.

Payment Notes

**If you do not submit payment on your own, registrations will be reviewed, and card payments will be processed within 1-2 business days.

  • If you need payment to be processed on a different day, please contact us via scarletknightsgymnastics@gmail.com.

  • Payments can be made via card (Visa, Discover, or Mastercard only), cash, or check.

  • ​If you wish to pay via check or cash, please email us immediately after registration for further instructions via scarletknightsgymnastics@gmail.com

  • A payment must be submitted by first class (unless doing a trial) in order to participate.

  • All families must have a card on file in order to enroll in classes, regardless of desired payment method.

  • If you are in need of a special payment plans, please contact us BEFORE registering your child(ren).

Registration Notes

Registration Information

  • First Come, First Served: A completed registration form and payment are required to reserve your child's spot.
  • Age Restrictions: Contact us if the system prevents registration for an older age group.


Class Enrollment

  • Minimum Enrollment: At least three children must enroll in each class. If not met, classes may be canceled or combined, and you will be notified of any changes.
  • Walk-Ins: Classes will run the first week for walk-ins. If you need a different schedule, contact us to create a new class or private lesson.


Trial Classes

  • New Customers: Not sure if you want to enroll your child? Ask about a trial class (new customers only!) 


Payment Policies

  • Class Fees: Review payment policies before enrolling. Late registrations will be pro-rated from the registration date. Contact us for payment plans (including half payments).
  • Changing Classes: To switch days/times, email us. Changes must be made on our end to avoid extra charges.


Evaluations

  • Advanced Classes: Intermediate, Advanced, and Accelerated classes require an evaluation. New clients should contact us for an evaluation if appropriate.
  • Class Level Recommendations: Previous students will receive an email when ready to move up. New students may be recommended for a lower level until evaluated.
  • Free Evaluations: Available in base-level classes (Pre-School, Kindergym, Beginner) if space allows. One-on-one evaluations can be scheduled for a $15.00 fee.


Other

  • Virtual Classes: If classes must shut down due to health concerns, sessions will convert to virtual with no refunds.
