REGISTRATION SCHEDULE:

CURRENT MEMBER Registration: Tuesday, Feb 24

Inactive/Waitlist Member: Thursday, Feb 26

New Member: Friday, Feb 27

Session Weeks:

8 weeks of class for all days

Monday, March 10th: First week of classes begin.

NO CLASSES: 

Friday, April 3 - Thursday, April 9 (Spring Break)

**Tuition is already prorated to account for any closings

Monday, May 11th- Last day of classes

(Prorated Remainder of the Year: January/February 2025 - August 2025) 

Single Child: $28.00

Family (2 or More Children): $43.00 

• ​​ All customers enrolling must pay above fee (September starts a new "year"), unless they were enrolled for either of the Fall 2024 sessions, or Winter 2025 Session
• 2023-2024 Membership Fees are no longer valid
• Anyone who registers later in the year (Spring II 2025, Summer 2025) will have this fee prorated.
• Fees will not be prorated for not participating in future 2024-2025 sessions.
• Registration Fees are non-refundable and not eligible for any credit. 

Parent and Tot, Pre-School:

• Length per Class: 45 minutes
• 8 weeks:
  • One Class per week: $186.00
  • Second Class per week: + $167.40
  • Third+ Class per week: + $148.80

Kindergym, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Tumbling, & Accelerated Pre-school/Kindergym:          

• Length per Class: 1 hour
• 8 weeks:
  • One Class per week: $233.00
  • Second Class per week: +$209.70
  • Third+ Class per week: $186.40

Advanced Gymnastics:

• Length per Class: 1.5 hour
• 8 weeks
  • One Class per week: $295.00
  • Second Class per week: +$265.50

Registration Information

• First Come, First Served: A completed registration form and payment are required to reserve your child's spot.
• Returning Customers: Please log into your Parent Portal for Registration.
• New Customers: Please use links in schedule below (They will appear when new member registration opens

Class Enrollment

• Minimum Enrollment: At least three children must enroll in each class. If not met, classes may be canceled or combined, and you will be notified of any changes.
• Changing Classes: To switch days/times, email us. Changes must be made on our end to avoid extra charges.
• PLEASE REGISTER CAREFULLY! There are NO REFUNDS once payment is submitted.

Trial Classes

• New Customers Only: Contact us for a trial class, prior to enrollment. 

Payment & Payment Policies

• Class Fees: Review payment policies page for complete policies before enrolling. Late registrations will be pro-rated from the registration date. Contact us for payment plans (including half payments).
• Payments can be made anytime in the Parent Portal.
• If payment has not been submitted, we will process your payment within 1-2 business days of registration date.
• Please email us for any alternate payment days or payment plans.
• There are NO REFUNDS.

Evaluations

• Intermediate/Advanced Classes: Intermediate, Advanced, and Accelerated classes require an evaluation. New clients should contact us for an evaluation if you believe your child should be placed accordingly.
• Class Level Recommendations: Previous students will receive an email when ready to move up. New students may be recommended for a lower level until evaluated.
• Trial Evaluations: Available in base-level classes (Pre-School, Kindergym, Beginner) if space allows. 
• One-on-one evaluations can be scheduled for a $15.00 fee.

Other

• Virtual Classes: If classes must shut down due to health concerns, sessions will convert to virtual with no refunds.

Multi Class Discount (One student wants two or more classes a week): 10% off second class, 20% off third or more class (if registered after first week, percentage discount is taken AFTER prorate).

Sibling Discount: 5% off tuition for second child, 10% off tuition for three or more children.

Rutgers Employee/Student Discount: +5% off tuition with valid RU ID. When registering, please make a note that you are a Rutgers affiliate, and email a copy of your RU ID to scarletknightsgymnastics@gmail.com PRIOR to payment. This will have to be done annually. If RU ID is received after payment, discount cannot be applied.
