Make-Ups /Missed Classes

​​MAKE-UPS ALLOWED

• Only one make-up per session, per child, per enrolled class is permitted. Exceptions may be made for severe illness/injury (with a doctor’s note) or religious holidays (must be pre-approved by the director.)
  
  
• Make-ups are first come, first served and not guaranteed. Schedule your make-up as soon as possible.
  If you anticipate an absence, you may schedule a make-up in advance; however, the child cannot attend the previously scheduled class even if their availability changes.
  
  
• Additional make-ups may be granted for sickness or injury with proper documentation, at the Director’s discretion.
  Abuse of this policy may result in loss of make-up scheduling privileges or future enrollment.
  
  
  

MAKE-UP SCHEDULING & POLICIES

• Make-ups must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance by emailing scarletknightsgymnastics@gmail.com.
  
  
• Make-ups will be scheduled based on available openings within the current session. They do not carry over to future sessions.
  
  
• It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to schedule and ensure attendance for make-ups. Submitting an absence does not automatically schedule a make-up.
  
  
• Slots are limited; please schedule make-ups promptly. Waiting until the end of the session may result in full classes with no available spots.
  
  
• If you miss or cancel a scheduled make-up less than 12 hours in advance, you forfeit that make-up class.
  
  
• No refunds or credits are given for missed classes, and make-ups do not carry over to the next session.
  
  
• For missed classes due to injury or severe sickness, extra make-ups may be issued with a doctor’s note. Please do not bring sick children to class.
  
  
• If classes are canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, an additional make-up opportunity may be provided.
