PRICING & FEES
Fall High Performance Clinic: $200 per gymnast (includes tuition, gift, and lunch).
Skills Clinics: $50-$60 per gymnast (includes 1 hour of clinic tuition only).
Summer Camps: $500-$550 per gymnast (includes tuition, t-shirt, and lunches).

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
New Customers:
Please complete the form linked on the Clinic main page.
Returning Customers:
1. Click the form link and log in.
2. If you haven't logged in before, use "Reset Password" with your registered email.
3. Navigate to the Fall Clinic Registration page and click "Add to Cart".
4. If not redirected, go to the Classes & Events tab, select Fall Clinic.
5. Select your gymnasts, answer questions, and agree to policies/waivers. Click "Add".
6. Click "Checkout Now".
7. Accept enrollment fees to complete registration.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
New Customers:
Once you complete the form, you can log into the Parent Portal to pay on your own, or we will automatically process your payment within one-two business days.
Returning Customers:
For check payments, contact us immediately after registration at skgacamp@gmail.com so your card is not charged, and you can receive further instructions! Check payments are not accepted within 10 days of the event.
Any declined payment or returned check is subject to an extra fee (see below).
REFUND POLICY
A non-refundable fee per gymnast always applies.
Prior to 30 days before Camp/Clinic:
Fall Clinic/Summer Camp: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $50.00 per camper will be granted.
Skills Clinic: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $15.00 fee per participant will be granted.
29 to 10 days before Camp/Clinic:
Fall Clinic: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $60.00 per camper will be granted.
Skills Clinic: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $15.00 fee per participant will be granted.
Summer Camp: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $100.00 per camper will be granted.
6-9 days To Camp/Clinic:
Fall Clinic: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $75.00 per camper will be granted.
Skills Clinic: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $25.00 fee per participant will be granted.
Summer Camp: Cancellations received in writing will be granted a refund of $150.00
Five Days or Less To Camp/Clinic
No refunds will be given (only exception is injury, below).
INJURY POLICY
5 Days to 1 Day Prior to Camp/Clinic
Injury will be granted a refund exception with a doctor’s note.
Fall Clinic:A refund of all payment made minus $75.00 in administrative fees and moneys spent will be given.
Skills Clinic: A refund of all payment made minus $15.00 in administrative fees and moneys spent will be given.
Summer Camp: A refund of all payment made minus $100.00 in administrative fees and moneys spent will be given.
Once the camp/clinic has begun, no refunds will be given.
OTHER FEES & POLICIES
Should a card be declined, a $10.00 processing fee will be added to the balance.
Should a check be returned, a $15.00 fee will be added to the balance.
Should either of these occur, the card on file will be charged the balanced owed, plus the above fees that apply.
If your card on file was declined, please submit a new card for payment.
Should a balance be owed, the child(ren) may not participate in any camp/clinic activities until full payment is reconciled.
OTHER POLICIES
No food is permitted in the training facility area.
Parents & Siblings must remain in the seating area or in the lobby during training hours.
Gymnasts may only use the equipment or be on the gym floor under the supervision of a coach or instructor.
